Very satisfied with Rita as my realtor (I just closed on a house last Friday with her assistance).
Here are some of the things Rita did that I found valuable:
1. Listened Carefully: I quickly noticed that Rita was very good about picking up on and tracking exactly what I was saying and looking for.
2. Took Initiative: After looking at one house, I mentioned off-handedly that I would be doing some research into transmit times from there to locations X, Y and Z. By the time I got home, she had already done the research for me and sent me a PDF detailing exactly that, without being asked. Plenty of other examples, too.
3. Very Responsive: I hate to admit it, but it’s possible I may have sent a few emails with questions late into the evening (sorry, Rita), and she responded within the hour pretty much every time.
4. Communicated Clearly: Written and verbal communications on-point. No confusion at any time with…“Huh? What?”.
5. Good Problem-Solving: During my review of the paperwork, I misread one thing on the appraisal document and was getting a little flustered. Rita took a look at the document and explained how I misread the diagram. Problem Solved. Earlier, there was an item in the contract that was (actually) in error, and she worked with me and the selling agent to get it changed. Done.
Bottom line, my experience with Rita is that she is friendly, effective and gets the job done. And lastly, she is easy to be around, which is also important as these projects tend to take longer than you think they will. At least it did for me. Anyhow, hope that helps anyone out there looking for a great realtor. Good luck all.
